Reasons
1. Under the trade name of C, the Plaintiff is a person who runs a assembly-type construction business, partitions, light steel framed construction business, and the Defendant is a company that conducts construction business, and D is a representative director E, and the Defendant is a husband of the Defendant’s representative director E, who actually operates the Defendant.
The Plaintiff is supplied and received by the Defendant ① FH Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NH Development”).
