A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and the joint Defendant C, before separation, conspired to commit a crime of selling secondhand goods via the Internet, and the aforementioned C posted a false letter on the bulletin board of the State, and conspired to make a false statement to the victims who reported and contacted, and the Defendant A conspired to withdraw money from the victims.

On September 3, 2014, the joint defendant C, before separation, sells a 4 mobile phone in the middle galloning lusium on the bulletin board of the country.
“The gallon jus S4 mobile phone will be sold in 250,000 won when the victim D who reported and contacted this, did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone to the victim D.
“False speech” was made.

Before separation, the co-defendant C was accused of the victim and transferred KRW 250,000 as the price for the goods from the victim’s bank account (E) in the above name C.

Before separation, the co-defendant C received from the victims a total of KRW 2,00,000 in the same manner through the same six times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (2) from September 29, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving victims in collusion with the joint defendant C before separation.
The Defendant and the joint Defendant C, who did not have any factual material, conspired to obtain money by posting a false document as if they were sold even though they did not have any factual material.

On July 5, 2014, the co-defendant C sells S4 cellular phone at the gallon site of the Republic of Korea on the gallonyth of the Republic of Korea on the gallon site.
“The” shall receive 250,000 won from the victim F who made contact with him/her in the above language by posting a false letter for the purpose of selling.
