Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food and Agriculture, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant used the farmland outside the agriculture promotion area from January 2018 to January 21 of the same month to a parking lot without obtaining permission from the Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, a farmland outside the agriculture promotion area. 2) From January 1, 2018 to January 21 of the same month, the Defendant used the farmland outside the agriculture promotion area to the open site of construction materials without obtaining permission from the Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, a farmland outside the agriculture promotion area, and 3) from January 1, 2018 to January 21, 2018 to the open site of construction materials without obtaining permission from the Nam-si, Gyeonggi-do, a farmland outside the agriculture promotion area.
