1. Crimes against victims D;
A. On December 12, 2012, the Defendant forced the Defendant to take a photograph of the victim’s D (the age of 14 years) that was known through an application program to hold “F” installed in the Defendant’s cell phone at the Defendant’s home, Ulsan-gu building E. 401, Ulsan-gu, U.S.A., by stating that “I would have the victim take a fry of the victim’s school and age, and name,” and that “I would like to get the frys to find the school if I would not send by affixing a fry photo, I would like to get the frys to find the school. I would like to have the victim take a fry of the fry, which was off on three occasions at that time.”
Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim to commit an act of non-performance of obligation.
B. Around 14:00 on the first day of December 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s office as indicated in the above paragraph (a) of this Article, threatened the victim with the distribution of the transmitted pictures, as described in the above paragraph (a) by stating that “I would see whether I would be able to come to the house in Kakaoox, and if I would like to do so, I would send a photograph of her native body if I want to do so.” On the other hand, I would like to delete a photograph at the home.
