1. Defendant A

A. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

B. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Gwangju High Court on April 16, 2009 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 20, 2009. From September 2007 to December 2008, 2008, Defendant A was a member who served as the head of the EF branch Gwangju District Association of the Korean Democratic Trade Union under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation of Workers (hereinafter “Fju Branch”)’s Federation from September 2007 to December 2008, and Defendant B was a member who served as the head of the FJ branch of the Korean Democratic Branch Office from November 2009 to October 201.

Political funds shall not be contributed (contribution to a political party) in a way that is not prescribed by the Political Funds Act, and in particular, from March 13, 2006, political funds shall not be contributed directly to a political party including the form in which a political party's supporters' association is abolished.

2. The Political Funds Act, which was implemented from March 12, 2004, was introduced with the tax credit system, thereby enabling a tax credit of 100,000 won per donator with respect to lawful political funds contributions. Accordingly, the G political party (hereinafter “G political party”) and the private labor union donated direct support to the G political party by one hundred thousand won per member, and promote the “tax credit business” that is subject to the tax credit at the end of each year. Since the Political Funds Act, which was enforced from March 13, 2006, was abolished, the political party’s supporters’ association system was abolished, the political party is unable receive direct support from the individual in addition to receiving the membership fee from the party member.

In response to the recommendation of the General Labor-Management Group, the G political party registers a member of the Labor-Management Group as a member of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of July 2006 and receives political funds from the members of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the Labor-Management Group of the National Assembly.
