A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 21, 2019, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 27, 2018. On December 11, 2018, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to eight months of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 16, 2019, and the judgment was final and conclusive on May 24, 2019, and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for six months of imprisonment with labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 24, 2019. On November 15, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on April 1, 2019.

1. Interference with business;

A.
