1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an organization established for the purpose of promoting the welfare of its members as a member of the members, who were unemployed citizens from Pyeongbuk-do and their subsequent members, and is commissioned as an honorary market on June 28, 2016 by the Plaintiff.

B. The Defendant’s Code of March 1, 2013 was amended by the Rules of July 9, 2016. The main contents of the amendment are as follows: (a) the Rules of March 1, 2013 and the Rules of July 9, 2016 concerning the organization of the Defendant in Chapter III of the Rules of Association; and (b) the parts related to the instant case are as follows.

3. A few vice-chairpersons;
