Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who manufactures and processes and sells silent foods in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, in operating an industrial chain “D Company”.

Foods or additives, the standards and specifications of which are determined, shall be manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, or preserved in accordance with such standards, and foods or additives that do not meet such standards and specifications shall not be sold, or manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, transported, preserved or displayed for sale.

Around January 2, 2013, the Defendant manufactured and processed fish-processed products from the aforesaid D Company, which are food typeed implied products, and distributed and sold them to the F Food that was originally produced in original form by manufacturing and processing them in an automatic packing machine, where the type of food is marked in a flat surface, and passing through a package in an automatic packing machine in which it is installed, and made it possible for the Defendant to drilling into the packaging site by advertising it.
