A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2014, the Defendant was aware of the Victim C (M, 53 years of age) and began living with the victim from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 4, 2014 at the Defendant’s domicile located D and 502, but the victim was willing to be oriented on the ground that the Defendant was too frequent and the victim was unable to interfere with one of the actions of the victim and does not fit to the nature.
