1. The defendants' appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. The facts of recognition 1) The land of this case was a land under the circumstances of Sep. 19, 1913 by A, on which F was deceased on Sep. 19, 1913, and C succeeded to the land of this case and died on Aug. 10, 1968. The land of this case was unregistered on Aug. 9, 1989, and the registration of preservation of ownership was completed on Aug. 9, 1989 with respect to the remaining shares except for A's shares, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of A's sole sole name. 2) However, as the relation where A was unable to dispose of each of the land of this case without good health, A's share was returned to B's Ha, I, I, and VII due to each of the gift of this case, and the ownership of each of the instant land was returned to J. 14, 198.
3) The deceased on March 3, 1997. The deceased's heir of the deceased on January 28, 2008 completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above 1/4 shares in the name of the deceased H on the ground of inheritance due to the consultation division, and I also completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above 1/4 shares in the name of the deceased on July 29, 2008. On July 29, 2008, A was returned the above 1/4 shares in the name of the deceased H and I on the land of this case and the above 1/4 shares in the name of K and L were returned. 4 shares in the land of this case adjacent to each other. The deceased on the land of this case, the deceased on the land of this case were f's husband and wife, and the family building installed on the land of M were f's relative N in the name of the deceased on the land of this case, and I paid the property tax in lieu of M in 2006 and 207.
5. On the other hand, on March 4, 2003, J died of Defendant C, D, and E, who is the wife, as the heir on March 4, 2003. A died on April 29, 2015 while the instant lawsuit was pending, and the Plaintiffs died.
