Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor bicycle 124cc. without a license plate in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

On September 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license on September 23, 2013, and changed the two-lanes of the two-lanes in front of the Chungcheong Dob, Seo-gu, Busan, to the speed of about 30km at a speed of about 30km from the bank of the intersection to the bank of the transmission beach at the speed of about 30km.

On September 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated the date and time indicated in paragraph (1); (b) stated that “A person has no driver’s license; and (c) C would have caused a traffic accident by driving a motorcycle on behalf of C; and (d) C would have caused the said traffic accident by driving the motorcycle at the Busan Western Coast Guard’s Traffic Investigation Station Office located in Seo-gu Busan Western-dong, Busan, and C would have caused the said traffic accident by driving the motorcycle.

Accordingly, the defendant abetted C's criminal escape.
