1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 2,637,829 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 11, 2014 to September 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the indication of the claim and each of the amended grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
Considering that the Plaintiff’s negligence is recognized as 60% based on the evidence No. 1, the Defendants’ liability ratio shall be 40%.
The sum of KRW 3,136,951 (Articles 3,150,182 and KRW 0.958 shall apply to KRW 1,171,65,970 for future treatment costs of KRW 1,171,653 for future treatment costs of KRW 1,240,00 for each month) 5,344,574 for comparative negligence of KRW 5,344,574 x 40% x 500,000 for consolation money of KRW 2,637,829 for each month)
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
