On July 14, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.098%, the Defendant driven B-low-income vehicle at a distance of about 500 meters from the front of the indoor gymnasium in front of the Geine Sea Water Village in Busan Metropolitan City, to the front of the Geine Sea Water Village in the G-si.
