1. Crimes committed on March 30, 2019;

A. On March 30, 2019, around 11:18, the Defendant entering a residence was in front of the victim C(37 years of age)’s residence in Yong-si B (hereinafter “C7 years of age”), and went beyond the fence of the residence and went into a multi-use room through an outside bath, and intrudes on the victim’s residence.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed an attempted crime without being discovered to the victim under the preceding paragraph, who intruded on the same time and place under the preceding paragraph, and stolen objects in the room.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc. and tried to steals the victim's property during the period of repeated crime.

2. The crime committed on April 3, 2019.

A. On April 3, 2019, around 12:24, 2019, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence in front of the victim E (58 years of age) who was located in Yongnam-si, Ma, and went beyond the fence of the said residence and intruded on the victim’s residence.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) was invaded at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph and kept in custody of the fluor.
