1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 6,55,00 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) for KRW 6,55,00 and for this, from June 25, 2014 to October 14, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. On January 11, 1996, the Defendant leased 1 partitions of the first floor of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with the lease deposit of KRW 4,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 220,000, and the period of KRW 24 months, respectively, to each Plaintiff.
B. The Plaintiff paid KRW 4,00,000 to the lease deposit, and completed the move-in report to the above address on January 29, 1996, and received the fixed date in the lease contract.
C. On April 3, 1999, the Defendant leased 302 of the third floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant housing”) to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). D.
The plaintiff received the housing of this case around that time and filed a move-in report to the above address on April 6, 199.
E. The Plaintiff did not always live in the instant house from the beginning of 2013.
F. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant filed a 119 report on the suspicion of suicide of a tenant and had a fire fighter dispatched the instant house open to the public by force. A large quantity of garbage with heavy quantities to the extent that it could not walk at almost all the inside of the house, such as the frontline, bera, the main room, and the room.
G. On July 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed all garbage, etc. inside the instant house from the cost of KRW 600,000; (b) cleaned; and (c) filed an application with the competent administrative agency for the cancellation of resident registration against the Plaintiff.
On August 20, 2013, the Plaintiff was registered as an unknown resident registration ledger.

2. Determination on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim claim
A. (1) The Plaintiff agreed to reduce the monthly rent when the Plaintiff and the Defendant changed the lease contract to the instant housing after entering into an initial lease agreement with the room 1. The Plaintiff agreed to reduce the monthly rent when the Plaintiff paid the deposit by making a prompt payment. By September 7, 200, the amount of the deposit paid in addition to the monthly rent is KRW 15,796,00.
