Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:30 on June 3, 2015, the Defendants: (a) found the victim’s face and body at the E cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) did not find the victim’s 405 room; and (c) took the victim’s face and body in the 305 room gate, which was the manager of the above building; and (d) on the ground that the victim F (the victim’s age 46) who was the manager of the above building said that “I am, I am, I am, I am on one story, I am off the victim’s body, I am the victim’s face and body at one time; and (d) Defendant A am the victim’s face and body at one time after leaving the victim’s escape.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly injured the victim.

2. Defendant A, at the time, at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph (1) of this Article, committed an assault by Ha, I, J, or policeman on the G District that was called out after receiving a report of 112 on the occurrence of the said violent incident, and committed an assault by K’s hand son to the G District by Ha during the course of breathing “Chewing” by breathing Ham, and continuously breathizing Ham to K on June 3, 2015, while engaging in an desireing to read “Chewing years, Chewing years” to K in G District at around 23:05.

Accordingly, Defendant A interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the suppression of crimes and investigation duties.
