A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who illegally uses air defense, was operated by the Defendant on August 2, 2015 at C’s secondhand shop where he works for the Defendant in Ansan-si B, and around that time.

DM520 The front number plate of the car was kept in custody in the safe police station due to the delinquency of the administrative fine and was unable to operate the car at issue, and the registration number plate of the E rocketing other car acquired from the above height was attached to the front number plate of the car at the Defendant 520.

Accordingly, the defendant used an automobile registration number plate which is air defense for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the public sign and the Automobile Management Act, operated a car with a license plate as above from the day of the date specified in paragraph (1) to December 19:30, 2015, including G MM520, which had attached a license plate from the day of EM520, to the day of Ansan-si, including G Mart, located in Ansan-si F, to December 19:30.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense, and at the same time unlawfully used a car registration number plate.
