1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 300,000,000 to the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from December 15, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff’s patented invention is a personal entrepreneur who runs the manufacturing and wholesale business of electric and electronic parts, Kameras parts, communications equipment, etc. with the trade name of “D” and is the patent holder of the instant patented invention (hereinafter “the instant patented invention”).
