Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error, as it appears to be a 139.64 square meters written indictment of 137.64 square meters for multi-family houses located in Kimpo-si B on December 2, 2016, the second floor of 137.64 square meters, 37.64 square meters, and 137.64 square meters for four stories, which is corrected ex officio.

B. A major repair was made by means of expanding the boundary wall with bricks without the permission of the competent authorities.
