1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are located in the attached Form 2. List A among the real estate listed in the attached Table 1.

1. The facts of recognition are as shown in the annexed sheet of claims and the changed causes of claims;

2. According to the judgment and the facts of the above recognition, the Defendants shall deliver to the Plaintiff the attached Form 3. Drawings No. 1, 2, 3, 8, and 21.12 square meters in part on the ship (A) connected in order of each point among the real estate listed in the attached Table 1. The Defendants shall jointly share the same from January 20, 2018.

The amount of unjust enrichment calculated at the rate of KRW 3,850,00 per month from March 10, 2018, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case and damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 6,110,61, which is 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 10, 2018 to the day of complete payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are with merit.
