Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:50 on July 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “C” in front of the “C” convenience store located in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si B, a taxi driver and a police officer who was under the influence of alcohol and was dispatched to the scene after receiving 112 reports on the above acts from the police officer belonging to the Jinhae Police Station D police station, who was under the influence of alcohol, was subject to restraint for returning home, and without any particular reason, the Defendant expressed the victim E (44 years old), who is a police officer belonging to the above police box, that “I will die, die, sweak, and get off his clothes,” and without any particular reason, the Defendant expressed the victim E (44 years old), who was a police officer belonging to the said police box, who was under the influence of alcohol, brought the credit card buck to the face of the said victim and continued to walk one time to the right side of the victim, thereby making a part of the victim’s face one time.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted public officials performing legitimate duties such as crime prevention, thereby obstructing the performance of official duties.
