Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving two vehicles in B.

On December 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:00 on December 21, 2016, and made the front of the D cafeteria located in Daegu Suwon-gu C to turn to the left from the front side of the crosswalk to the yellow market.

Since there is a crosswalk without signal lights, there was a duty of care to check whether there is a person who gets involved in driving service and safely drive the road by temporarily stopping the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to operate it as it is, due to the negligence of operating it on the left side, brought the side side of the victim E (69) who dried the crosswalk on the right side from the left side of the proceeding direction to the right side.

Ultimately, Defendant 1 suffered injury, such as Madern fever, which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment to the above victim on the part of the above occupational division and office.
