A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2017, from around 02:00 to around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant spawned the victim C (27 tax) and women’s family-friendly room in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, and 201 on the same day. However, the Defendant spawned the victim’s left hand, which was a dangerous object on the Gap’s own floor on the ground that he did not get out of fire.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted injury on the left side of the victim, which requires treatment for about four weeks.
