A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The victim B(60) is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station, who is a person engaged in driving the C Bus, who is a victim's guards D(51 years of age), victim's guards E(38 years of age), victim police officer F(33 years of age), and victim G(48 years of age) police officer.
1. 2.
