If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2013, at around 00:22, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.107% of blood alcohol concentration, started from the vicinity of the shooting distance of the 2nd Dong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and driven approximately 200 meters of BM5 car to the street of the same 1239-dong.
