Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.095% on blood alcohol level on August 23:06, 2013, driven a vehicle B, at approximately 2 km from the upper street in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu to the upper street of about 94, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
