1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 21, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment deeming confessions: The defendant only submitted a written reply (written objection) with the formal content after being served with the complaint of this case, and was not present at the date of pleading without submitting a written reply or a briefs stating specific defense methods. Thus, all of the plaintiff's allegations are deemed to have been led to confessions in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
