A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2013, the Defendant left China, and came to know of the “F” and the “F” of a Chinese person who plays Internet gambling at that place.

The above F opened an Internet casino gambling site (G) and opened a game room to gambling, and operated an Internet gambling room for profit-making purposes by having gambling workers deposit money to the national bank account (I) in the name of H when the gambling workers who subscribed to the said site deposit money to the national bank account in the name of H, charge points equal to the amount of money deposited, and let gambling workers do gambling such as Bara, slot machines, and bridge games, and exchange the amount of dividends paid to such persons in cash and charge fees.

The Defendant was aware that F was opening a gambling place via the Internet, and the Defendant was able to assist F in such establishment at the Seoul Eastern Seoul Terminal around May 25, 2015, and the same year.

6. During the discharge of the first police officer, the first police officer sent four bank accounts in the name of the Defendant (Korean Bank J, Han Bank K, Nonghyup L, Saemaul Bank M), and three bank accounts in the name of the Defendant living together (corporate bank O, National Bank P, and Nonghyup Q), and seven bank accounts in the name of the Defendant, including three bank accounts in the name of the Defendant (corporate bank O, National Bank P, and Nonghyup Bank Q), and the USB, an official certificate, and anOTP (pass creation) to work together with F, using letters of Dong Daegu-gu bus and borrowed freight, and received a statement from F that the N bank account was registered as an illegal account and that the Internet bank was not opened on September 2, 2015 and around the same month and around the fourth day of the same month, and then returned the money deposited to the said account by visiting the bank directly to the said account and withdrawing the money to 300,000 won.

As a result, the defendant made it easy to commit the crime by the founders of the Internet gambling places such as F, and aided and abetting them, and delivered 7 approaching media with knowledge that they will be used for the crime.
