Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an Internet computer game facility provider operating a DPC in Busan Shipping Daegu C2nd floor, and Defendant B is an employee working from the above PC to 18:00 to 00.00.

Hours for admitting juveniles in Internet computer game facilities shall be from 9 A.M. to 10 P.M., and the relevant industry shall observe the hours.

Defendant

B, from May 22, 2014 to 00:05 of the following day, from the PC to the E (17 years of age) and F (17 years of age) were allowed to use computers in the above PC room to access juveniles other than the hours for admitting juveniles.

B. Defendant A neglected to exercise due care and supervision over B, who is an employee, and Defendant A entered the place and place as above in addition to the hours for admitting juveniles.
