1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. Plaintiff’s entry into the Republic of Korea and refugee application - Plaintiff’s nationality: Islamic Republic of Pakistan (hereinafter “Pakististan”), entry into the Republic of Pakistan on October 16, 2008 (E-9) status of non-professional employment (E-9 on October 15, 201), and an application for change of status of stay was filed on August 15, 2014 while illegal employment in Korea for three years, on the ground that he/she was subjected to two balance of the left-hand, during the period of stay until October 25, 2014, and applied for refugee status on November 12, 2014 while illegally staying in approximately one month after the expiration of the said period.
B. The Defendant’s decision to recognize refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) - The grounds for the refusal of refugee status cannot be recognized as a sufficiently-founded fear that the Defendant would suffer from persecution.
C. The Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on November 25, 2015, but the Plaintiff’s dismissal on March 23, 2016 (based on recognition) does not dispute (based on recognition), and the purport of the entire pleadings and arguments stated in Gap’s subparagraphs 1, 2, and 3, and Eul’s subparagraphs 1 through 4.
2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The plaintiff's assertion belongs to the U.S. in Islamic Republic of Islamic Republic. The plaintiff continued to be threatened by the U.S. Eskistan.
Specifically, around February 25, 2005, he/she was attacked by the Empharido, and around February 2010, he/she sustained a total attack from the person presumed to be Ampha wave in the market, and around October 13, 2014, the Empharido threatened that the Empharido would go to the Republic of Korea with the plaintiff's house outer wall, and caused the refugee application of this case to be filed.
The terms used in this Act shall be defined as follows:
1. “Refugee” does not want to be protected or protected by a State of nationality due to well-founded fear to recognize that he/she may be injured on the ground of race, religion, nationality, status as a member of a particular social group or political opinion.
