A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on January 21, 201, and a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the same court on September 30, 2011.

On May 8, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 21:20 on May 8, 2013, driven a dwing-III truck with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.157% at a section of approximately 100 meters from the front 307-3-dong, Mancheon-si to the same outdoor parking lot.
