The Defendant, from April 29, 2017 to April 06:20 on the same day, from around 06:15 to 06:20 of the same day, set off a brush in the E Station platform (the direction of the station) of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 4 Line E Station (the direction of the station) and set off the brush.

The public made a patently obscene act by using miscellaneous and self-defluence.
