Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:20 on November 23, 2015, the Defendant threatened the victim, such as “AC Gameland” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, with respect to the Defendant’s claim that she applied to “AC Gameland” in the same place for about one hour with the victim D(S) at the same place, the Defendant purchased a food knife ( approximately 30 cm in total length, about 19 cm in length on the knife), which is a dangerous thing in the mutual influence of the victim D, and then purchased the knife ( approximately 30 cm in total length, about 19 cm in its knife).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
