1. Of the 359С in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, each point of the attached Form No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, and 2 shall be followed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. N, on November 30, 197, purchased a specific portion of the part (B) in the ship (hereinafter referred to as “the part of the instant land”) connected in sequence 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, and 2 in Seoul Guro-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “the instant land”), which was possessed as a newly-built house site by the Dong Industry Promotion Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Dong Industry”), to be divided in the future, and completed the registration of transfer of co-ownership (63/403) with respect to the instant land on December 2, 197.

B. Defendant C andO, P, Q, and R, who occupied and used a specific part of the instant land, shall consult on the future division by purchasing each specific part from the East Industry. On September 29, 197, O shall have completed the registration of transfer of each of the shares of the instant land on September 13, 197; P shall have the share of September 13/403; P shall have the share of December 34/403; Q shall have the share of December 2, 197; Q shall have the share of December 21/403; R shall have the respective share of March 29, 1978.

C. P’s share was transferred to S and T due to a consultation division inheritance, and again transferred to Defendant E and F the share of Q was transferred to Defendant D, and R’s share was successively transferred to U and Defendant G in succession. The share of R was transferred to 107/403 shares on the land of this case in the Dong-based industry around 1985, and was transferred to Defendant CY Co., Ltd. on September 1, 2007. The Plaintiff received the registration of ownership transfer, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the whole N’s share that died due to the inheritance due to the consultation division on January 5, 2002.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff completed the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage on April 12, 2012 at the Guro-dong Branch of Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court No. 24469, Apr. 12, 2012), which was received on March 31, 2014 from M, as the receipt of No. 23551, Mar. 31, 2014.
