1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,826,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 16, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Around November 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a membership agreement with the Defendant with a period of 48,826,00 won and the period of 10 years from the date of the full payment of the membership deposit and paid in full with the Defendant the amount of the deposit. The Plaintiff expressed his intent not to extend the above membership contract to the Defendant on October 11, 2016 may be recognized either as having no dispute between the parties or as a whole taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in subparagraph 2. Accordingly, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 48,826,00 and delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 16, 2017 to the date of full payment of the deposit.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
