Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce, compel, compel, etc. sexual traffic for business purposes.

Defendant and Joint Defendant B received KRW 150,000 won per case (30 minutes of sexual intercourse) or KRW 200,000 (60 minutes of sexual intercourse) and paid KRW 70,000,000 among them to D, which came to know through “C”, which was a mobile hosting site around January 31, 2017, in coloring the other party of sexual intercourse by Defendant B, and thereby doing the similar sexual intercourse.

In the proposal, the defendant suggested that D accepts it, and the defendant should display an advertisement suggesting commercial sex acts on the above hosting site to color the other party of commercial sex acts, and the joint defendant B conspired to arrange commercial sex acts by driving a vehicle to the other party of commercial sex acts and driving it to the place waiting for the other party of commercial sex acts.

Defendant and joint Defendant B arranged D to engage in the act of similarity after receiving KRW 1.50,00 from the unregistered male in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E at a non-displace on January 31, 2017, at around 23:00, in accordance with the above public offering, around 00:0, around February 4, 2017, by arranging D to receive 200,000 won from the unregistered male in name known by the same method at a non-displace in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Dongdaemun-gu), and arranging to receive 00,000 won from the unregistered male in name and receive 1.5,50,000 won from the unregistered male in the same method at a non-place in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 5, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant and the joint defendant B committed acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
