1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The forest land of 6,917 square meters is 6,917 square meters, forest land in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter administrative district is omitted and indicated only by lot number) was co-owned land that completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of E, F and Plaintiff A three persons on January 15, 200

After that, on July 22, 2004, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on the 2,230 square meters of D forest land, G forest 2,149 square meters in the name of F, and H forest 2,480 square meters in the name of E, after the process of partition of land and partition of co-owned property.

B. 2,230 square meters of D forest land was divided into several parcels after registration conversion into I. The Plaintiff is currently holding the area of 153 square meters of I forest land and J forest land and 318 square meters of J forest land (hereinafter “Plaintiff A-owned land”).

C. G forest land 2,149 square meters was divided into several parcels after K was subject to registration conversion, and F sold the said land to the Plaintiff Green Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 26, 2010.

(Real System is sold to L, M, and L and M were sold to the Plaintiff Company, and the transfer registration of ownership was completed directly from F to the Plaintiff Company).

H 2,480 square meters of forest land was divided into 1,853 square meters of N forest and 627 square meters of forest land on April 28, 2005 after the registration conversion into N, and thereafter multiple lots of land was subdivided into N.

E sold O forest land 627 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) to the Defendant on March 2, 2010, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 2, 2010, and the remaining land was sold to the Plaintiff Company and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 26, 2010.

(The actual process of sale of the land purchased by the Plaintiff Company is that it was sold before transfer through L and M, as in the above sub-paragraph (c).

Plaintiff

The Company currently owns 1,633 square meters of K forest, 157 square meters of P forest, Q forest 2,212 square meters of land purchased from F and E (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company’s land”).

F. The land owned by the Plaintiff A is adjacent to the land owned by the Plaintiff Company, and the land owned by the Plaintiff Company.
