1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Korea National Housing Corporation is a party to the dispute. The Korea National Housing Corporation is a total of 899 households for the apartment complex of the Soviet City 3, the Soviet City 340-dong, Seocheon-gu. (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”).
