A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2019 and June 12, 2019, the Defendant, as a person with no certain occupation, committed suicide on the ground of a believers, etc., purchased three of the Arabicium (10g) necessary for suicide via the Internet. On June 13, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter “B” SNS “the discovery of a person who is to live the same ceiling” through the SNS “SNS” case, and intended to be accompanied by a method of taking an Azinium (10g) (17 years old) together with the victim C (hereinafter “the victim”).

Accordingly, at around 20:41 on June 14, 2019, the Defendant entered the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dromote E with the victim, and in around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by melting two of the two parts of the Agribium (10g) three in each one of the two parts of the Ecosium (10g) prepared in advance at around 21:0 of the same day by melting two parts of the Ecosium (10g), and at around 04:30 of the same month, at around 15:30 of the same month, the Defendant did not result in the death of the Ecosium due to Crote emission.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the victim to commit suicide.
