A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a bond business operator who lends gambling money from a casino and receives a high interest rate.

1. On March 30, 2006, the Defendant violated the Act on the Registration of Credit Business and the Protection of Financial Users: (a) from D casino located in Gangwon-gun, on March 30, 2006, the Defendant issued a casino chips worth KRW 180 million in cash, deducting 10% interest from the prior interest, at the lending of KRW 300 million from E, and received a reimbursement of KRW 330 million including interest from E on the following day.

In addition, on July 5, 2008, the Defendant granted the casino chips equivalent to KRW 160 million in advance interest and money exchange commission, subtracting 200 million from the casino in the Philippines with the lending of KRW 200 million to E on July 9, 2008, and received repayment of KRW 220 million in the following day. On the seventh day of the same month, the Defendant extended KRW 100 million in advance interest and money exchange commission to E at the same place, and delivered the casino chips equivalent to KRW 80 million after deducting 20 million in advance interest and money exchange commission from KRW 20 million in advance.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authorities, was paid interest exceeding the interest rate limit.

2. On June 13, 2010, the defendant forced the victim E (the age of 46) to use violence against the victim E and to urge the victim E (the age of 46) to pay the borrowed money, as described in paragraph (1), and as the victim's home located in Soyang-gu H on June 13, 2010, changed the victim's G (the age of 45) who is the wife of the victim E (the age of 45) and I, his/her father, the victim's his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her father, into "I". Among them, the victim's G was forced to use the victim's home and the victim's his/her father, who was frighted with the head's face, and added "after that time" to the facts charged at that time.

A joint and several surety for the debt of the victim E shall be prepared for the same month.
