Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

In fact, although there is no number of funds deposited in the financial institution under the name of B, the Defendant: (a) using the “Financial Investment Contract” prepared by the E comprehensive E (State) operated by D from August 2010 to November 2010, to raise funds necessary for raising funds under the name of B; (b) using a copy of the “certificate of Deposit Balance of Deposit Co., Ltd.” in the name of Korea comprehensive financial institution under the false name of Korea; (c) a copy of the Si bank passbook deposited in the name of 14.7 billion won; (d) false data stating the name of the Si bank passbook deposited in the number of million won; and (e) a false document stating the name of the bank bank deposited in the number of million won; and (e) a false document stating B’s combination of funds raised and withdrawn funds, and (e) using the “Financial Investment Contract” prepared by C to make investments in the housing development project to be implemented by D; and (e) by using the money and valuables acquired from other persons in the name of non-existent.

Accordingly, from early October 2010 to November 30, 2010, the Defendant and D showed the following: (a) D’s office operated in Heung-gu, Young-gu; (b) the Jeju Industrial Office operated by the 4th floor C of H building located in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (c) the coffee shop, where the name located in Gangnam-gu Seoul J is unknown; and (d) the victim K (50 years old) with C, a false certificate of deposit balance in the above B’s name; and (b) the B president (hereinafter referred to as “B”) confirmed that he/she is a famous bond business operator; and (c) he/she has a number of money in the account in his/her name; (d) he/she is currently able to collect money in his/her own name. If 50 million won is lent, the president of K (hereinafter referred to as “victim”) shall purchase money in his/her own name and make it possible to repay the money in his/her own name.
