1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 50,975,138 with respect to the Plaintiff, and the period from July 18, 2014 to November 18, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff is a factory with the trade name “C” from July 2, 2012 on the ground of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “instant factory”).

(2) On June 23, 2011, Defendant Jincheon-gun awarded a contract to Defendant Jincheon-gun Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Jin-gun”) for the construction of “E industrial complex” in order to operate plastic processing and recycling plastic raw materials production business. Defendant Jin-gun concluded a contract for the construction of access road to the said industrial complex to Defendant Jincheon-gun Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant AS Construction”), and the construction of the said access road to the vicinity of the instant plant was executed by Defendant Jincheon-gun (hereinafter “instant construction”).

B. The progress of the construction of this case and the topographical change 1) before the construction of this case, the road created by the construction of this case (hereinafter “the road of this case”)

A) A road of about four meters wide between the instant factory site and the instant factory site (hereinafter “instant Gu road”).

(2) The construction of this case was carried out in parallel with the factory of this case, and the construction of this case was carried out in the direction of the road of this case, and the road of this case was installed directly adjacent to thewest direction of the road of this case (the road of this case) about 2 meters in width and about 1.5 meters in depth, depending on farmland. Thus, the construction of this case was carried out by the construction of the road of this case through the underground drainage pipe within the factory site of this case. (2) The construction of this case was carried out in a parallel manner with the factory of this case, and the construction of this case was in a situation where the road of this case was built before the construction of the road of this case, and eventually, the road of this case was in a situation where approximately 3 meters in depth than the plaintiff's factory site of this case.

C. Even after the height of the instant road was higher than the instant factory, the instant construction continued even after the occurrence of the instant accident, as seen above, and 100 meters away from July 18, 2014 to Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.
