Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On March 19, 2015, the Defendant driving the above taxi around 05:10, and driving the road of three lanes in front of the Seocheon High School, Seocheon High School, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, along the two-lane direction from the direction of the public village to about 95km in speed.

Ultimately, at around 05:34 of the same day, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the occurrence of a traffic accident at the International EstoTol University International Estol Hospital located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-ro 100-ro 25, Seo-gu, Incheon on the same day.
