Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2012, at around 14:29, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.178% at the section of approximately 3km to the front roads located in the same Eup/Myeon, via a dead village located in the same Eup/Myeon, from the front of the 183-8-hak-ro, Yannam-gun, Yannam-gun to the front roads located in the same Eup/Myeon.
