Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a taxi driver who drives a rocketing taxi owned by the Dong Promotion Business Co., Ltd.; (b) was driving the said taxi on the front of the set-off distance in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu on February 26, 2017; and (c) was under driving the said taxi on the front of the set-off zone in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant D ( South, 29 years old) sent the string of its windows, followed by the Defendant’s desire to string the string of the road; and (d) threatened the victim by using the said vehicle, which is a dangerous object, by means of sudden operation.
