Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 10:10 on April 16, 2019, the Defendant: (b) discovered food ESCOTRT Austria owned by the victim C ( South Korea, 82 years old); and (c) used crepans in which the victim’s management was neglected, thiefed with the key in the kibbb in the kibbbb, and was stolen by driving it later.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On April 16, 2019, at around 10:10, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle at approximately 600 meters section from front of the Hasung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, to front of the road, and without obtaining a motor device license from around 600 meters, the Defendant driven the aforesaid ESCOTRT Ora in 2012.

B. On April 16, 2019, around 14:57, the Defendant driven the said ESCOTRT Austria without obtaining a motor device bicycle license on the front road of the Hong-gun Hong-gun.

On May 9, 2019, at around 11:45, the Defendant driven a motor model “I” without obtaining a bicycle license from the front of G in Hongsung-gun F to the front road of the Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, about approximately 420 meters.

3. On May 9, 2019, the Defendant, who violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, owned an agricultural 100 Oral ciba with the “I” number plate, was prohibited from running on the road on which the mandatory insurance was not subscribed, but operated the said Oral ciba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 420 meters from the front road of G in the Hong-gun Hong-gun F on May 9, 2019 to the front road of the Chungcheong Hong-gun H.
