A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2015, at around 09:10, the Defendant listened to the horses of the victim D (Woo, 42 years of age) in the area of residence of the victim D (Woo-gun) located in Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and took the face of the victim on several occasions with the floor of hand, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as a non-frings, in need of approximately four weeks of treatment, by taking a dangerous object on the floor of the room, on the part of the victim.
