Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was in charge of transmitting the result of inter-functional test to health management and the result of inter-functional test using the automatic computer system called 'D', which confirms whether or not there is any abnormal result of the result of the cross-functional test, which is a clinical pathology in C hospital diagnostic department and the biochemical laboratory in Cinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the diagnosis of the victim G and the recruitment of new employees of the general department and the same hospital.
