1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) Of the three floors of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, the indication of the separate sheet No. 10, 11, 12, 13, and 10 shall apply.

Reasons

1. On December 1, 2013, the plaintiffs, on the grounds of the delay in the rent of the defendant with the indication of the claim, cancel the lease agreement (a.e., deposit: KRW 3,00,000, KRW 350,000 per month, KRW 350,00 per month, and KRW 50,00 for management expenses) with the defendant as to the real estate stated in the paragraph (a) of the Disposition No. 1; accordingly, the plaintiffs claims the transfer of the above real estate as the restoration; as well, from May 2, 2014 to June 2015, the plaintiffs demanded the payment of the management fee of KRW 420,00 and the return of the rent equivalent to the delayed rent (including value-added tax) from May 5, 2014 to June 2015 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
