Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On February 5, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on the grounds of the violation of the Road Traffic Act. On September 9, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime. On December 9, 2010, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a fine for the same crime, etc. at the same court on September 4, 2014, and issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime, respectively.
[2015고단292] 피고인은 2015. 1. 21. 21:50경 경남 사천시 서동에 있는 ‘해변횟집’ 식당 앞 도로에서부터 그 무렵 같은 시 벌리동에 있는 ‘푸줏간’ 정육점 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 1km 구간에서 자동차운전면허 없이 혈중알콜농도 0.080%의 술에 취한 상태로 C 그랜저 승용차를 운전하였다.
